Honey-Roasted Carrots



These honey-kissed carrots are a guaranteed hit for those with a sweet tooth.

Honey Roasted Carrots


Ingredients

Baby carrots
900g
Liquid Honey
2tbsp/30ml
Olive Oil
2tsp/10ml
Salt/Sprinkle

Pepper/Sprinkle








Method
Pre-heat oven to 230°C.Combine all 5 ingredients in large bowl. Toss well. Arrange in single layer on greasing baking sheet with sides. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes until tender-crisp. Serve 4.
