Ingredients
Baby carrots

900g
|
Liquid Honey
|
2tbsp/30ml
|
Olive Oil
|
2tsp/10ml
|
Salt/Sprinkle
|

Pepper/Sprinkle

Method
Pre-heat
oven to 230°C.Combine all 5 ingredients in large bowl. Toss well. Arrange in
single layer on greasing baking sheet with sides. Bake in oven for about 15
minutes until tender-crisp. Serve 4.
